OMG, this finally worked to unblock my ZTE Blade L3 THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU I had tried a few of the free codes that sites online supposedly provided for ZTE phones, and ended up using up most of my tries that way. So glad I went ahead and plopped down some money for this one which actually worked.
